We liked these magnetic toys as they were a good size for our daughter to get in her hands, either by herself or with some help, and then the legs helped her to maintain her grasp so she could pull them apart and push them together. We would also build towers from the middle magnet sections to practice supination and building grip strength. The magnets are strong but not so strong that they’re not impossible to pull apart which was good, and meant they would click together when the body part was aligned well enough with the magnet.
Your child may need some help pulling apart if their grip strength isn’t great as the magnets are good quality, and may be tricky to pull apart depending on function (we’d help when this was the case).
